Direct Deposit (USD): Recommended for international participants. Bank transfer to Sampath Bank PLC, Malabe Branch — see bank details on your invoice.
Wire Transfer (LKR): Recommended for participants with Sri Lankan banking access. Use the same Sampath Bank account details.
Debit/Credit Card (LKR): Pay online via the SLIIT Payment Gateway. A 1.5% bank service charge applies. Exchange rate: 1 USD = 320 LKR (indicative).
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be sent to sicet@sliit.lk by August 23, 2026. An administrative fee of US$20 applies to all refunds.

How to Make Your Payment

Option A — Debit/Credit Card (LKR, 1.5% charge)

Visit the SLIIT payment portal: https://pay.sliit.lk/
Under Purpose of Payment, select "Any other payment".
In the Description field, enter your Reference ID (shown above).
Complete the payment and download/screenshot your receipt.

Option B — Bank Transfer (USD / LKR)
